Cigars anyone???

Hey all, we wanted to fill you in on a new developement!  Bryan and Nick (who designed most of the artwork you see on this site) started a cigar company named CZ Cigars.  The company was founded in March, and plans to roll out its first two cigar lines in August in time for the Rocky Mountain Cigar Festival!  The first line of cigars will be titled the Core Zero line and will strive to incorperate a metal attitude with fine premium cigar smoking and enjoyment!  These cigars will be available in August online and at Core Zero shows!  We will fill you in with more information as time goes on - looking forward to sharing a smoke with you!

Exciting Changes!

Just wanted to fill everyone in on the recent changes to the line up for Core Zero!  We are proud to introduce two new members, Doug on lead guitar, and Jeff on bass!  Both are very skilled and experienced musicians and we expect great things for Core Zero as a result.  No, Mike is not leaving but he did opt to move from bass to back up guitar to free up space for Jeff, and to give Bryan a little more vocal time and less guitar time.  We are very happy with the changes and look forward to introducing you to the new line up at our next show.  In the meantime, we are in the process of reworking a few of our better songs off of Doxology to showcase our new additions and continue writing and recording for the next album!

Empty Vessel Music

Hello to everyone!  We wanted to inform you about a project Core Zero has undertaken recently.  We have decided to become a sponsor of Empty Vessel Music, which is a charitable organization that helps impoverished youth with music education.  Here's a synopsis in their own words:

"The Music Matters Project is a community-based music program for underserved youth, ages 4-18, in urban area's. The program is focused on providing three things, Music education, music appreciation and intervention for at-risk children. The candidates for the program are drawn from extremely low income families who otherwise could not afford music education outside of any public school program. The providing of this education allows kids to experience not only knowledge and appreciation of music but a transformation of hope that will stay with them throughout their adult life, having a direct and positive effect on their well being and the well being of their community."

We at Core Zero feel that this program fits with our ideals and goals as musicians and we look forward to helping provide a positive impact in communities around the country.  Here is a link and some additional info if you are interested in checking EVM out (hint, hint).  Who said Metal is too bad to be good?!?
